Who is eligible for the Pearson Scholarship?
The University of Toronto says applicants must be:
- international students, meaning non-Canadians who require a study permit;
- in their final year of senior secondary school during 2026-2027, or have graduated no earlier than June 2026; and
- planning to begin studies at the University of Toronto in September 2027.

U of T also warns about fraudulent emails and third parties claiming to assist with Pearson applications. The university says the Pearson Scholarship Program does not work with agencies or educational agents to recruit students or offer scholarships.

Can a school nominate more than one student?

Can students already at university apply?
